I am a California Licensed Esthetician with 5+ years of experience in my field as well as obtaining my nursing degree back in 2014. Cancellation Policy
The Skin Glossary will charge a 50% cancellation fee for any cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Please note that if you cancel the day of your appointment, the card on file will be charged for 100% of what was booked. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
